  • NOVEMBER 1st: POTENTIAL STRIKE BEGINS

PPS District Calendar 2023-2024 School Year

PPS-PAT Bargaining Information

On Oct. 19, the Portland Association of Teachers, the union representing PPS educators, notified the district of their intent to strike, which would begin Nov. 1. 

The Chapman PTA is working closely with our teachers and administration to get you as much information as soon as we can get it. We will work to post regular updates on the Membership Toolkit website, as well as the Friends of Chapman Facebook page.

Grab & Go Meals for Students

During the strike, Grab & Go Meals will be available for 

pick up at Chapman on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 

between 11:30 am - 1:00 pm, beginning on Wed., Nov. 1.
