Complete this mandatory volunteer form from Portland Public Schools to be eligible to participate in volunteer opportunities throughout the school year. https://www.pps.net/volunteer

To help keep all families in the loop, Chapman staff are going to be sending home a weekly folder for every student in every class. Volunteers are requested to help make this all possible. The office would appreciate ~5 volunteers every Tuesday morning (8:30) to stuff folders.

Parent help is needed to make sure our kids are feeling good and looking sharp for picture day, Tuesday, Oct 13

Chapman needs volunteers to help walk students to/from classroom to Portable 25 for dental sealants Tuesday, Sept 24 - Tuesday, Sept 29. Details on specific times available soon.

The PPS district clothing closet requires each school to provide volunteers two times per year to help support goods getting into kids homes. Chapman needs to send 5-6 volunteers on October 5th & April 22nd from 9:30am - 1:30pm. The district counts on each school's volunteer support to operate the clothing closet. if they don't get volunteers, they have to turn kids in need away.
