
About the Chapman PTA
The Chapman Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is a volunteer-driven organization that supports students, families, and staff at Chapman Elementary. Our mission is to create a strong school community where every child can thrive.
We are affiliated with the Lincoln Section of the Portland PTA Council.

Events & Programs
Enrichment programs, visiting artists, field trips, workshops, and musicals.
Fundraising & Support
Dues, donations, and fundraisers help fund classrooms, technology, and events.

PTA Membership & Dues
Through your annual PTA membership dues, charitable donations, company matching, and fundraisers, we support classrooms, programs, visiting artists, field trips, musicals, technology, and more. Membership is open to all families, staff, and community members.
Annual dues of $15 also cover national PTA dues, insurance for school events, and 501(c)(3) designation. Paid members are eligible to vote in PTA meetings and elections.
