MEET YOUR NEW PTA LEADERSHIP TEAM

(From left to right)

Jen Kane, President: Jen has been an active member of the Chapman PTA since her son, August (3rd), began at Chapman. She's looking forward to continuing all of the good work the PTA does to foster a solid sense of community at Chapman.

Carrie Anfuso, Secretary: Carrie is the new PTA secretary this year. Two of her daughters are Swifts, Ruby (1st) and Frances (3rd), and newly graduated Mallory (6th) is headed to West Sylvan Middle School. Carrie has been volunteering in many areas at Chapman for years and can't wait to continue the positive work the PTA has done with Chapman.

Tyler Stephens, Treasurer: The PTA treasurer this year is Tyler Stephens. Tyler enjoyed volunteering in his daughter's, Sylvi (1st), classroom last year. He is excited to support the Chapman community through his role on the PTA and looks forward to contributing to the positive impact being done for our students and families.

If you see us around, please say hi!

FIRST DAY INFORMATION & REMINDERS

Below is a map of where you will drop off and pick up your student(s) each day. Please note these locations have changed a bit this year. School is in session from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with the exception of one Wednesday a month, when early release is at 11:50 a.m. Plan to have your student at school by 7:53 a.m. to walk inside with their teacher and class.

Bus route information can be found here.

There is free breakfast and lunch for all students at Chapman. You do not need to do anything in order for your student(s) to receive this benefit. We will link to the menus in this flyer as soon as they are available.

SUPPLY LISTS

The 2025-2026 school year supply lists can be found here.

Please remember to send your student(s) to school with a water bottle with a tight-fitting lid.

If you need help with supplies, please reach out to your teacher.

... BUT FIRST, COFFEE.

Back at it again, Greg Miller and David LaBonte, better known to the Chapman community as Dads with Drip, will be bringing you coffee throughout the school year. Be sure to stop by the front of the school on the first day, Tue., Aug. 26 for some fresh brew and even fresher banter.

CHAPMAN NEEDS YOUR HELP!

Please consider VOLUNTEERING at our school to support a wonderful 2025-2026 experience for our students!

So much of what makes Chapman a wonderful place is our community of volunteers, including event help and classroom assistance. Start by submitting your PPS volunteer application and background check. And then check out Chapman's volunteer portal for needs and opportunities.
